More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling distinct parts of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the current investigative process.
